Species information

Acronychia imperforata     F.Muell.

This native tree is commonly known as beach acronychia.

Reported at 34 Fraser Coast localities: Bauple, Boompa, Booral, Burrum Heads, Burrum River, Craignish, Doongul, Dundowran, Dundowran Beach, Eli Waters, Fraser Island, Gundiah, Howard, Kawungan, Magnolia, Mount Urah, Nikenbah, Pacific Haven, Pialba, Point Vernon, Poona, River Heads, Scarness, St Mary, Takura, Tandora, Teddington, Tinnanbar, Toogoom, Torquay, Tuan, Tuan Forest, Urangan, Urraween.

It has been recorded in the Wide Bay district in the Queensland Herbarium Census and is listed as occurring in the Fraser Coast region in Queensland Herbarium Wildlife Online.

In the Queensland Nature Conservation Act this taxon is classified as Least Concern.
Under the Federal Environment Protection Biodiversity Conservation Act it is not classified.

Acronychia imperforata is described as a "higher dicot" in the Rutaceae family.
