Species information

Acacia complanata     A.Cunn. ex Benth.

This native shrub is commonly known as flatstem wattle.

Reported at 26 Fraser Coast localities: Aldershot, Antigua, Bauple Forest, Beelbi Creek, Bidwill, Boompa, Booral, Burrum Heads, Cherwell, Doongul, Duckinwilla, Dunmora, Magnolia, Maroom, River Heads, St Mary, Susan River, Takura, Talegalla Weir, Teddington, Tinana, Torbanlea, Tuan Forest, Walligan, Yengarie, Yerra.

It has been recorded in the Wide Bay district in the Queensland Herbarium Census and is listed as occurring in the Fraser Coast region in Queensland Herbarium Wildlife Online.

In the Queensland Nature Conservation Act this taxon is classified as Least Concern.
Under the Federal Environment Protection Biodiversity Conservation Act it is not classified.

Acacia complanata is described as a "higher dicot" in the Leguminosae (Mimosaceae) family.
