Species information

Acacia concurrens     Pedley

This native tree is commonly known as curracabah.

Reported at 6 Fraser Coast localities: Booral, Pacific Haven, Point Vernon, Poona, Sunshine Acres, Tinnanbar.

It has been recorded in the Wide Bay district in the Queensland Herbarium Census and is listed as occurring in the Fraser Coast region in Queensland Herbarium Wildlife Online.

In the Queensland Nature Conservation Act this taxon is classified as Least Concern.
Under the Federal Environment Protection Biodiversity Conservation Act it is not classified.

Acacia concurrens is described as a "higher dicot" in the Leguminosae (Mimosaceae) family.

Uncommon in Fraser Coast region. A Queensland Herbarium record from Walligan.
