Dolichandra unguis-cati     (L.) L.G.Lohmann

This introduced vine or climber is commonly known as cats claw creeper.

Dolichandra unguis-cati is described as a "dicot" in the Bignoniaceae family.

In the Queensland Nature Conservation Act it is not classified as it is not native to Queensland. Under the Federal Environment Protection Biodiversity Conservation Act it is not classified.

Previously known as Macfadyena unguis-cati (Australian Plant Census). A category 3 restricted invasive plant under the Biosecurity Act 2014. Highly destructive weed of riparian ecosystems. Flowering Mary River Tiaro November 2016. Also reported at Teebar. 

It has been recorded in the Wide Bay district in the Queensland Herbarium Census and is listed as occurring in the Fraser Coast region in Queensland Herbarium Wildlife Online.

Reported at 24 Fraser Coast localities: Bauple, Boompa, Brooweena, Doongul, Dundathu, Gigoomgan, Glenorchy, Glenwood, Kanigan, Magnolia, Maryborough, Mount Urah, Owanyilla, Pioneers Rest, St Helens, St Mary, Talegalla Weir, Teddington, Theebine, Tiaro, Tinana, Tuan Forest, Woocoo, Yengarie.
