Species information

Passiflora pallida     L.

This introduced vine or climber is commonly known as corky passion flower.

Passiflora pallida is described as a "dicot" in the Passifloraceae family.

In the Queensland Nature Conservation Act it is not classified as it is not native to Queensland. Under the Federal Environment Protection Biodiversity Conservation Act it is not classified.

Previously included in Queensland under Passiflora suberosa (Census 2017). Listed as an invasive plant under the Biosecurity Act 2014 but not prohibited or restricted.  

It has been recorded in the Wide Bay district in the Queensland Herbarium Census and is listed as occurring in the Fraser Coast region in Queensland Herbarium Wildlife Online.
