Archidendron lovelliae     (F.M.Bailey) I.C.Nielsen

This native tree is commonly known as bacon wood.

Archidendron lovelliae is described as a "dicot" in the Leguminosae family.

In the Queensland Nature Conservation Act it is classified as Vulnerable. Under the Federal Environment Protection Biodiversity Conservation Act it is classified as Vulnerable.

In the Fraser Coast region restricted to K'gari (Fraser Island) which is the northern limit. https://inaturalist.ala.org.au/observations/169382759 Elsewhere found only between Tewantin, Gympie and Tin Can Bay. Appears to be regenerating at Boreen Point area https://inaturalist.ala.org.au/observations/198285900 

It has been recorded in the Wide Bay district in the Queensland Herbarium Census and is listed as occurring in the Fraser Coast region in Queensland Herbarium Wildlife Online.
