Species information

Acacia complanata     A.Cunn. ex Benth.

This native shrub is commonly known as flatstem wattle.

Acacia complanata is described as a "dicot" in the Leguminosae family.

In the Queensland Nature Conservation Act it is classified as Least Concern. Under the Federal Environment Protection Biodiversity Conservation Act it is not classified.

 

It has been recorded in the Wide Bay district in the Queensland Herbarium Census and is listed as occurring in the Fraser Coast region in Queensland Herbarium Wildlife Online.

Reported at 31 Fraser Coast localities: Aldershot, Antigua, Bauple Forest, Beelbi Creek, Bidwill, Boompa, Booral, Burrum Heads, Cherwell, Craignish, Doongul, Duckinwilla, Dunmora, Granville, Maaroom, Magnolia, Maryborough, River Heads, St Mary, Sunshine Acres, Susan River, Takura, Talegalla Weir, Teddington, Tiaro, Tinana, Torbanlea, Tuan Forest, Walligan, Yengarie, Yerra.
