Corymbia trachyphloia subsp. trachyphloia     (F.Muell.) K.D.Hill & L.A.S.Johnson

This native tree is commonly known as brown bloodwood.

Corymbia trachyphloia subsp. trachyphloia is described as a "dicot" in the Myrtaceae family.

In the Queensland Nature Conservation Act it is classified as Least Concern. Under the Federal Environment Protection Biodiversity Conservation Act it is not classified.

Subspecies not recognised in the Australian Plant Census. 

It has been recorded in the Wide Bay district in the Queensland Herbarium Census and is listed as occurring in the Fraser Coast region in Queensland Herbarium Wildlife Online.

Reported at 31 Fraser Coast localities: Bauple Forest, Bidwill, Boompa, Booral, Burgowan, Cherwell, Craignish, Duckinwilla, Dunmora, Glenwood, Howard, Magnolia, Maryborough, Owanyilla, Pacific Haven, Paterson, Pialba, Poona, St Mary, Sunshine Acres, Susan River, Talegalla Weir, Tandora, Teddington, Teebar, Thinoomba, Tuan Forest, Urangan, Walliebum, Walligan, Yengarie.
