Euphorbia cyathophora     Murr

This introduced shrub is commonly known as painted spurge.

Euphorbia cyathophora is described as a "dicot" in the Euphorbiaceae family.

In the Queensland Nature Conservation Act it is not classified as it is not native to Queensland. Under the Federal Environment Protection Biodiversity Conservation Act it is not classified.

As at 01/07/2016 declared as a Local Law Pest Plant for the Fraser Coast region. 

It has been recorded in the Wide Bay district in the Queensland Herbarium Census and is listed as occurring in the Fraser Coast region in Queensland Herbarium Wildlife Online.

Reported at 11 Fraser Coast localities: Craignish, Dundowran Beach, K'gari, Pialba, Point Vernon, River Heads, Takura, Teddington, Toogoom, Torquay, Urangan.
