Species information

Argyrodendron trifoliolatum     F.Muell.

This native tree is commonly known as booyong.

Argyrodendron trifoliolatum is described as a "dicot" in the Sterculiaceae family.

In the Queensland Nature Conservation Act it is classified as Least Concern. Under the Federal Environment Protection Biodiversity Conservation Act it is not classified.

Argyrodendron is included in the family Malvaceae in the Australian Plant Census. 

It has been recorded in the Wide Bay district in the Queensland Herbarium Census and is listed as occurring in the Fraser Coast region in Queensland Herbarium Wildlife Online.

Reported at 15 Fraser Coast localities: Bauple, Bidwill, Doongul, Dundowran, Dundowran Beach, Glenwood, Gootchie, Magnolia, Malarga, Mount Urah, St Mary, Teddington, Tiaro, Tinana, Urraween.
