Species information

Zieria euthadenia     (J.A.Armstr.) P.I.Forst.

This native shrub is commonly known as warty zieria.

Zieria euthadenia is described as a "dicot" in the Rutaceae family.

Flagged as a potential locally significant species in the Fraser Coast Region. In the Queensland Nature Conservation Act it is classified as Least Concern. Under the Federal Environment Protection Biodiversity Conservation Act it is not classified.

Very uncommon species in the Fraser Coast region recorded only at St Mary which is a disjunct northern limit. Reported at Tinana and Yerra. Limited populations outside the region from Gympie to Sunshine Coast. Previously known as Zieria furfuracea subsp. euthadenia (Queensland Flora Census 2021). 

It has been recorded in the Wide Bay district in the Queensland Herbarium Census and is listed as occurring in the Fraser Coast region in Queensland Herbarium Wildlife Online.

Reported at 3 Fraser Coast localities: St Mary, Tinana, Yerra.
