Species information

Dianella revoluta   R.Br.

This native groundcover is commonly known as blueberry lily.

Dianella revoluta is described as a "monocot" in the Hemerocallidaceae family.

In the Queensland Nature Conservation Act it is classified as Least Concern. Under the Federal Environment Protection Biodiversity Conservation Act it is not classified.

Leaves grey/green - grey, flattened, sometimes edges recurved, sometimes spiraling. Flower anthers yellow or darkened. 

It has been recorded in the Wide Bay district in the Queensland Herbarium Census and is listed as occurring in the Fraser Coast region in the Atlas of Living Australia.

Reported at 28 Fraser Coast localities: Duckinwilla, Cherwell, Pacific Haven, Burrum Heads, Burgowan, Takura, Walliebum, Walligan, Booral, River Heads, Bauple Forest, Tinnanbar, Paterson, Mount Urah, Boonooroo Plains, Bidwill, Yengarie, Tuan Forest, Maryborough, Beaver Rock, Sunshine Acres, Antigua, Teebar, St Mary, Maryborough West, Tiaro, Bauple, Tinana.
