Species information

Tapeinosperma repandulum     (F.Muell.) Jackes

This native shrub is commonly known as tapeinosperma.

Tapeinosperma repandulum is described as a "dicot" in the Myrsinaceae family.

Flagged as a potential locally significant species in the Fraser Coast Region. In the Queensland Nature Conservation Act it is classified as Least Concern. Under the Federal Environment Protection Biodiversity Conservation Act it is not classified.

Uncommon in the Fraser Coast region and at the northern limit. Reported at Urraween, Booral, Granville, Tinana Creek and St Mary.  

It has been recorded in the Wide Bay district in the Queensland Herbarium Census but is not listed as occurring in the Fraser Coast region in Queensland Herbarium Wildlife Online.

Reported at 7 Fraser Coast localities: Booral, Granville, Magnolia, St Mary, Talegalla Weir, Tuan Forest, Urraween.
